A base of Sand Reckoner wine from Rhumbline Vineyard in the Chiricahua mountains is blended with opuntia tunas (prickly pear fruits) carefully foraged at peak ripeness from wilderness north of Tucson, AZ. Notes of dill, scapes, and berries explode into a sour wave before mellowing back into a complex blend of sweet and savory. Use it to elevate your next taco night, let its fruity flavor shine with bread and oil, or shake it with some spirits to raise your own.

Vinegaroon is the whiptail scorpion that produces acetic acid when threatened. Rob Easter saw their success in the harsh Arizona desert and, when faced with the threat of a pandemic, used his resources at Workhorse Rye to do the same.
