An ex-rum cask subsequently used to age Ecuadorian rum for eighteen years. Then we filled it with To’ak chocolate. Lots of history.

It was then used to age Ecuadorian rum for eighteen years by our friends at Zhumir Bicentenario Rum.

Last but not least, we filled it up with To’ak chocolate. All that history comes through in a complex flavor profile of creamy cranberry, tobacco, and molasses.
