This is one of the few blends in the range of tablets and one of the first recipes by Fran??ois Pralus, who created a clever mix of beans from Ghana and Indonesia. In this Mix, the aromatic properties of Forastero beans break the acidity of Criollo. The result is a round chocolate, long on the palate with good aromatic notes. All in freshness and subtlety, it develops notably woody aromas and wild mushrooms.
