Immersed in heirloom cacao, the sweet and tangy fruit pulp that encases fresh cacao beans in the pod is freeze dried for a meringue-like texture.

High in antioxidants, cacao fruit pulp is slightly sweet with a touch of sourness reminiscent of champagne. This chocolate is made with white heirloom cacao from the Jaguar Tree. Primarily found growing in the wild, it is related to Trinitario cacao.
