Inspired by the namesake side at Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro, Truffle Fries combines lightly salted, crunchy French Fries and bean-to-bar milk chocolate with a hint of truffle. Crafted with Arriba Nacional cacao from Ecuador’s Hacienda Victoria Estate and Rio Caribe beans from Venezuela’s Paria Peninsula. Roasted, ground and molded by hand in Napa Valley, California.

K+M Chocolate is a collaboration between Chef Thomas Keller and Italian olive oil producer Armando Manni.
