The bar has a velvety mouthfeel, a cherry fruit aroma and fresh cacao fruit notes. Remarkably sweet for such a low sugar bar, the added sugar is just enough to allow the cacao to sing. The beans are fermented 6 days, dried 5 days with a low roast to retain much of the cacao’s natural fruit flavor and acidity.
