Reminiscent of a dark milk with its creamy mouthfeel, this dark chocolate lends musky fruit notes of prunes and port wine from start to finish.
This limited batch dark chocolate is made with cacao from Rehoboth Estate in the Philippines. Sourced from their friends who started a wet bean collection center and fermentation facility in Calinan, Davao City. The cacao is collected from smallholder farmers yearly, providing locals the opportunity for decent income.
