Subtle fruitiness and delicate chocolate flavor lie deep within this 70% bar, whose ligthly roasted Criollo cacao from Tabasco, Mexico is cherished worldwide.

The white Criollo beans are cultivated at La Joya plantation in Tabasco, Mexico.The cacao is lightly roasted, making for a lightly fruity, pleasant dark chocolate experience. This bar was Cacao Sampaka’s first bar and part of their Cocoa’s of Legend line.
