Named for the Roman goddess of abundance, Copia gathers provisions from the world's most dedicated land stewards and craftspeople.

Legendary artisans exist across every corner of the food supply; in olive groves, spice fields, tea gardens, and chili farms. Their work reflects the same integrity we've always sought: true provenance, cultural continuity, and skill passed across generations.

Our mission has always been to fight for the food traditions of our ancestors. They ate more than chocolate and fish.
