Crafted from white cacao growing wild in central Peru, this 80% dark chocolate is full of surprises. Deep umami tasting notes meld beautifully with sweet nuts, making this bar feel far lighter than its percentage would suggest. The soft and velvety texture is supremely uncommon and unique.
